Delivery and Returns

SHIPPING/ DELIVERY:

We generally pick and pack your order the same day we receive your order -so that we can have it picked up by couriers by the next working day.

Standard Delivery to Australian metro area  is typically between 5 to 7 working days.

Express Delivery to Australian metro areas is typically within the 1 to 4 working days.

Delivery to other Australian non-metro areas is typically between 5 and 10 working days.

Note: Extra over will need to be charged for deliveries outside Australian metro areas.  You will be notified of any extra delivery costs prior to delivery.

RETURNS:

Our returns policy ends 30 calendar days after purchase.

To be eligible for refund the item must be returned with all parts in the same condition it was received including the original packaging.

The returns address is 46a Staton Road East Fremantle 5158 Western Australia. We advise tracking of your return shipping to provide transparency and security in that part of the returns process.

REFUNDS:

We shall inspect / review the returned item and determine the extent of the refund and accordingly refund to your credit account used in the transaction (or other as may be agreed between the parties) in a reasonably timely manner.

The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item to us.
